Our Price Match Guarantee

At Insulation Warehouse, we want you to get the best value on every order. If you find the same product at a lower price from a qualifying retailer, we’ll do our best to match it — quickly and fairly.

What Qualifies for a Price Match?

To ensure a fair comparison, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be identical

Same brand, thickness, specification, and packaging as the one we supply.

2. The item must be currently available

The competitor must have the product in stock and ready for purchase online or in-store.

3. The competitor’s price must be standard retail

The offer cannot be part of a flash sale, clearance promotion, bulk-only discount, or reduced-to-clear pricing.

4. The comparison applies to the full order

We match the total order value, not individual items compared across multiple retailers.

Who Do We Price Match?

We consider price matches against:

1. Reputable online retailers

This includes well-known insulation suppliers and established online stores operating in South Africa.

2. Local in-store retailers

If a walk-in supplier offers a lower standard price for the same product, we’ll consider matching it.

What We Don’t Price Match

Some offers fall outside our price match policy, including:

1. Third-party sellers or marketplace listings

We do not match prices from reseller marketplaces or private listings.

2. Time-limited or promotional offers

This includes special daily deals, hourly sales, coupon codes, financing offers, bundle discounts, or promotional giveaways.

3. Stock-related or non-retail conditions

We cannot match:

  • Clearance stock
  • Out-of-stock items
  • Refurbished or open-box products
  • Pre-owned materials
  • Pre-order offers
  • Mispriced listings or website errors

4. Black Friday, Cyber Monday or high-volume event pricing

Seasonal event pricing is excluded for both us and competitors.

5. Mixed-vendor comparisons

We only compare complete orders from a single retailer — not combined prices sourced from multiple suppliers.
